The Nasone Scacchi, otherwise known as the Big Nose Diamond masquerade mask in English, is a very striking and distinctive Venetian mask.

The iconic long nose is one of the authentic Venetian stock character masks seen in the Italian Commedia dell’Arte theatre.

These masks have been skilfully made using high quality resin to make them lightweight and comfortable during wear, despite the protruding nose. The resin mould is then fabulously decorated with an eye-catching diamond pattern in two contrasting colours using acrylic paints, whilst the remainder of the mask is a blend of single coloured acrylic paint detailing, raised gold swirls and gold leaf overlay, which give it a great finish.
