Farfallina Gold – Giglio Masks for Women

This beautiful women’s Venetian mask is a stunning display of glitter, gold and pretty detailing and is the perfect accessory for a masked ball or masquerade party.

The Farfallina Gold Masquerade Mask is a beautiful Giglio style half-face mask that features a raised central structure in the shape of a star that is typical of the Giglio Venetian mask designs.

Handmade in Venice, the mask has been beautifully crafted into this striking shape using the new papier mâché press technique where paper pulp is pressed into a mould, dried and then carefully sanded to create a smooth surface for decoration.

The superb Farfallina Giglio Gold decoration has been achieved using a blend of acrylic paints and glitter detailing, and is finished with a sparkling crystal that sits prettily in the centre of the star.

You’ll find a choice of black, white or autumnal brown colour finishes with this mask, which is supplied with silk ribbon ties to secure it in place. However, if you’d prefer to hold the mask, we can also provide them mounted onto a wooden stick – simply select your preference from the drop down menu when ordering.
