Returns and Refunds


You have bought a mask, or are thinking about buying a mask for your masked ball - This is what you need to know

All masks carry a no quibble guarantee of replacement or refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, refunds will not be issued if the mask has been worn. Many items are dispatched in machine sealed clear wrapping. If the seal is broken then a refund will not be issued

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, in any way, with your purchase, please return your item, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt stating the reason for the return. Please ensure a copy of your order is included in the box

The first time you try your mask on please do so WITHOUT any makeup on. If, upon opening, the mask is found to be damaged then please contact us immediately. We will rectify this by sending a replacement, alternatively, if there is not enough time and you would prefer a refund then the damaged mask needs to be returned within 3 days of receipt. We will refund return postage costs 

Returns should be sent using a trackable service, for the UK, this would be 1st or 2nd class recorded. Once your return has been posted please email tracy@justposhmasks.com with your tracking number and the reason for return

In the event of you receiving an incorrect order please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange for this to be rectified. If you open the masks it will be considered that you accept these as a replacement and any refunds due will be issued as soon as we are notified

Please make sure that a copy of your invoice or a note of your order number and surname of purchaser is included in the box

If you are returning from outside the EU then please complete the Customs documents as "RETURNS". Failure to do this will result in the item being held in UK Customs pending payment of taxes. We will not pay the taxes on returns due to incorrect completion of Customs documents

Failure to do this could result in your refund being delayed

A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

At our discretion we will issue a credit for the cost of the mask for returns received with the seal broken

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR THAT HAVE HAD THE SEAL BROKEN AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

If your items were packaged in the reuseable gift boxes then any returns must be sent using these boxes. Keeping the gift boxes will result in a £5 charge per box

If you return ALL of your order then any free masks received under various offers we run must be returned unused along with your returns. If free gifts are not returned the full retail cost of these items will be deducted from the refund. If you only return part of your order then any free gifts are yours to keep


Masks on Sticks

If you request a stick is attached to your mask and you subsequently return the item then the only the cost of the mask will be refunded. The cost of the stick attached to the mask will not be refunded as this stick will not be reusable

If a mask has been attached to a stick and you break the seals then no refund or credit will be issued, unless the mask is damaged in which case you need to notify us within 48 hours of receipt

This does not affect your statutory rights


Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. Postage costs will not be refunded
