The Vanity Gold is a truly stunning half-face masquerade mask with delicate and feminine detailing and finished with some gorgeous feathers that will make any woman wearing it look and feel luxurious.

The mask itself has been handmade in Venice using the new papier mâché press technique. This technique involves pressing paper pulp into a mould to create a plaster cast, which is dried and carefully sanded smooth by hand, ready for decoration.

The shape of the mask is incredibly pretty, with beautifully scalloped edges and delicate loops that form into a raised crown structure in the middle. The mask is then decorated with fine glitter in ornate detailing and elaborately finished with a side plume of feathers that has a feather flower in the centre.

The Vanity Gold comes in a choice of black or white colouring and can be comfortably secured in place with silk ribbon ties. However, you can also order it mounted on a stick if you’d prefer to hold it.
