This half face eye mask is made from paper mache coated in a fine tempra and decorated with acrylic paints and gold leaf

The mask is first painted white and then Stucchi is applied giving the raised swirl effect which is covered in gold leaf. The eyes then have black, blue, gold or red acrylic  paints around the eye area
