Cignetta Silver – Ladies Splendid Mask with Filigree Decoration

These masks are a wonderful combination of a papier mâché mask that’s adorned with beautiful Filigree Metal Lace detailing in an elegant swan shape on one side. To achieve this high quality finish, the mask is made using a papier mâché press technique, where strips of paper are soaked in polyvinyl acetate then layered and pressed to create a cast. This is then sanded smooth and decorated with white or black with silver acrylic paints and glitter detailing, and finished with the Filigree metal lace swan shape that is laser cut from lightweight metal to create the intricate lace effect.

To give the mask added luxury and sparkle, the Filigree metal lace is also encrusted with Swarovski crystals and diamantes to give a truly magical finish to this gorgeous mask that is available in black or white.

The mask is secured using silk ribbon ties, but can also be mounted on a stick if you’d prefer to hold up your mask during the masquerade event
