Baroque Colombina Skull – Mans Venetian Mask with Miniature Skull

A truely manly Venetian masquerade mask for men wanting class at their masked ball or Halloween fancy dress

This half face mask is made using the traditional Venetian paper mache technique, covered in a plaster cast to give a smooth finish and then detailed with a decorative raised pattern made from plaster cast. This is know as Baroque, or Barocco in Italian

Finished with a cast of a small skull as the centre piece, the mask is then hand painted in a dark red brown paint and shadowed with black to give it its unique look
