Despatch and Delivery

UK

All orders upto 2pm are despatched same day, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Once you have placed your order please check your email and ensure that the delivery address is correct. Incorrect delivery addresses could result in a further charge or items being returned

Please make sure you have added @JustPoshMasks.com to your safe senders list or check your Junk Mail. If there is a problem with your order we will email you

The following delivery options can be selected on checkout

Standard UK Mainland Delivery - Order by 2pm - £5 

If you have not left it to the last minute to order your mask then this is the service for you

Your masks will be delivered by Interlink Couriers between 8am and 8pm

Delivery is 1-2 days (Monday - Friday)

Standard UK Highlands and Islands Delivery - Order by 2pm - £5

This service is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded

Delivery is 2-7 days (Monday - Friday)

Next Day Delivery - Order by 2pm - £9

If your masked ball is fast approaching then this is the service for you

Delivery is via Interlink Couriers for Mainland UK and Royal Mail for Highlands and Islands

We will email and text you (assuming mobile number left at checkout) with a one hour time slot so you know when the masks are going to arrive.

Delivery is Next Working Day Monday - Friday

Next Working Day by 12pm - Order by 2pm - £15

If you don't want to wait all day for your delivery then select pre 12 and we guarantee delivery by midday the next working day (assuming you placed your order by 2pm the day before)

Saturday Guaranteed - Order by 2pm on Friday - £15

This is for customers who want a delivery on Saturday. Delivery is via Interlink for Mainland UK and Royal Mail for Highlands and Islands 

Interlink will text you on the Saturday morning giving you a one hour delivery slot. You can arrange for your items to be left in a safe place if you know you are not going to be in at the time given

Royal Mail will deliver between 7.30 - 1pm and will require a signature

 


EUROPE

Standard postage is sent Royal Mail International Signed-for and costs GBP £9.95 

Delivery times vary between 5-10 working days

For items needed in a hurry we offer DPD Europe by road or Fedex shipping

Costs vary between GBP £20 and GBP £40 and take between 1-5 working days

All delivery options for your country will be available for you to choose on checkout

If you are selecting an expedited service then please let us know the date you require your items. If your selected service will not arrive in time then we will contact you

Please note:

All masks are sent using a signed-for service. Requests for the postman to "leave in a safe place" will not be actioned. If you think you will not be in to sign for you masks then please suggest a neighbour who could sign for it

If you provide an incorrect address or if delivery is attempted and you do not rearrange or collect from your local depot then items will be returned to us.

Returned items due to failed delivery are charged at a cost of £12 which will be deducted from your refund


INTERNATIONAL

Standard postage is sent Royal Mail International Signed-for and costs £12.95 

Delivery times vary between 7-10 working days. These times are purely dependant on the speed of Customs in your destination country

For items needed in a hurry we offer Fedex shipping. 

Fedex Express costs GBP£50 and takes between 1-3 working days

Fedex Economy costs GBP £39 and takes between 4-6 working days

All delivery options for your country will be available for you to choose on checkout

If you are selecting Fedex then please let us know the date you require your items. If your selected service will not arrive in time then we will contact you

Any taxes or import duties are solely your responsibility. Should you choose not to pay these taxes then goods will be abandoned by the courier and no refund will be issued

Please note:

Damaged or Defective Masks

All items are checked before dispatch, however, if you product is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. If the packaging is damaged please mark the receipt “DAMAGED” when signing for your item, to enable us to make a claim

All items are sent fully tracked & insured. A signature will always be required upon delivery

Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, less a £5 per order charge. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Late Delivery of Masks

For items delivered late through no fault of ours a refund will be issued, upon return of the item, however, postage costs will not be refunded, unless "Next Day Delivery" is selected.
