Guarantee & Returns Policy
All masks carry a no quibble guarantee of replacement or refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, in any way, with your purchase, please return your item, within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International), to the address on your invoice, stating the reason for the return. A refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Returns must be sent using a trackable service. Once your return has been posted please email tracy@justposhmasks.com with your tracking number and the reason for return
Please note: Due to health & safety refunds will not be issued if the mask has been worn. Many items are dispatched in machine sealed clear wrapping. If the seal is broken then a refund will not be issued.
At our discretion we will issue a credit for the cost of the mask for returns received with the seal broken
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR THAT HAVE HAD THE SEAL BROKEN AS REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
A re-stocking fee of £3 will be charged if you have simply changed your mind after seven days
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are checked before dispatch, however, if you product is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. If the packaging is damaged please mark the receipt “DAMAGED” when signing for your item, to enable us to make a claim
All items are sent fully tracked & insured. A signature will always be required upon delivery
Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. Postage costs will not be refunded.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage & Payment
We only charge one postage regardless of the number of masks purchased
FOR THE UK
Standard postage is sent 1st class recorded and costs £3.50. This service takes between 2-7 days as per Royal Mail's website
For items needed in a hurry we offer Next Day Guaranteed at a cost of £6.75
If you spend over £50 then Standard postage is FREE with Next Day Guaranteed costing £3.25
Please note: All masks are sent using a signed-for service. Requests for the postman to "leave in a safe place" will not be actioned. If you think you will not be in to sign for you masks then please suggest a neighbour who could sign for it
FOR EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL
Standard postage is sent Royal Mail International Signed-for and costs £8.95. Delivery times vary between 5-10 working days
For items needed in a hurry we offer Fedex shipping. This costs £55 for Fedex Express (1-3 working days) or GBP £35 for Fedex Economy (4-5 working days). This service can be selected on checkout
If you spend over £50 then Standard postage costs £5
All items purchased before 1pm will be despatched same day. All items purchased after 1pm will be despatched next day, excluding weekends & bank holidays

Late Delivery of Items
For items delivered late through no fault of ours a refund will be issued, upon return of the item, however, postage costs will not be refunded, unless "Next Day Delivery" is selected.
